We are seeking to appoint HR Business Partners to work in partnership with Trust leaders, Headteachers, School leaders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of The Futures Trust.
The successful candidate will provide advice, guidance and support to leadership and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated schools, whilst managing risk and ensuring statutory compliance.
You will be committed to building brighter futures for our learners. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
