Higher Level Teaching Assistant Behaviour – Cardinal Wiseman School
Grade: Romero Grade 4 scp 6 – 14
£17,315 – £20,288 actual salary
Hours: 37 hours a week, permanent contract term time plus 1 week

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive Behaviour team at our school in Coventry.
The successful candidate will work within the Behaviour Team to improve the behaviour, attendance and outcomes of students, addressing emotional, behavioural, and social needs. This post would suit a recent graduate who is looking into a career in teaching or working with young people.

The successful candidate will:
• Have a Grade C or above in your Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
• Be a dedicated professional with the ability to inspire children
