Finance and Admin Assistant - St Christopher Primary School

What is the job role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance and Admin Assistant to join our friendly and very busy office team. The successful applicant will be able to start April/May 2025.

We are looking for an excellent Finance and Admin Assistant who can support our Finance & HR Manager in the daily running of the school finances and HR processes. 

You will be working 3 days a week, working days are negotiable for the right candidate but must include Friday.

You will be working 21 hours per week (not including 30 minute lunchbreak per day) Working hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm. This will be 39 Weeks a year (Term Time + Teacher Training Days)

We will be looking to interview successful candidates on Friday 25th April 2025.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.

Following recommendations from Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) for an additional pre employment check with effect 1 Sept 22, please note, an online search may form part of this recruitment process.
