£15.25 - £18.35 per hour

We are seeking to appoint a Family Support/Early Help Worker for Attendance to join our team. Could you support, motivate and guide pupils, to help them overcome barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential?  Liaise with families establishing good relationships.  In this pivotal role, you will work within the Pastoral Care Team, identifying the needs of learners who require support and planning how to help them.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
•    A passion for working with pupils in accessing the curriculum to the full, to ensure they make excellent progress and reach their true potential
•    A commitment to drive the raising of standards which have an impact on learning and monitoring progress, adjusting provision to meet changing needs
•    The ability to work both using their own initiative and as part of a wider team
•    A commitment to working closely with parents and carers 
•    The ability to work with individual pupils, in addition to small groups
