Commercial Property Management are land and property owners with over 1600 business tenancies in place generating an annual income of circa £14m per annum. Our approach is always evolving and we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual with a proven track record to join us as we continue to make a difference.

What is the job role?

We are looking to recruit to an Estates Surveyor Manager post. In this role you will manage a team of surveyors. As budget holder you will be responsible for the income generation from the Councils Commercial Investment Portfolio and must be able to undertake all aspects of lease advisory

Who are we looking for?

You will be an individual who is able to manage employees or external contractors and step up to the mark when required.  

You must be confident that you are someone who can help to uphold the City Councils reputation as a leading landlord within the city, whilst maximising returns, preserving the fabric of the assets and make certain compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
