What is the job role?

The Governors of Our Lady of the Assumption Primary School are looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Apprentice to support teaching and learning in our school from January 2022. You should have good knowledge of and be prepared to support our Catholic faith within our early years setting.

Together with the adult education service we will support you through your apprenticeship, which will be fixed term- in this instance 18 months.

We are looking for someone who will be hard working, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have an interest in early years and ideally some experience working with younger children. If you are shortlisted we will invite you to complete maths and English assessments.

Work pattern: 35 hours per week, TTO 39 weeks (this includes 20% study time)
