The governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer an Early Years Practitioner Role within our Phoenix Nursery team as soon as possible. The role is permanent for 37 hours per week term time only. There is however a possibility of part time for the right candidate.
Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of the school. Although we are a large primary school in Coventry, we pride ourselves on knowing each child and family individually allowing our children to achieve their maximum potential. What is the job role?
You will join a highly enthusiastic and well-established team within our Phoenix Nursery. The successful candidate must be able to provide a caring and stimulating environment for all children within the nursery setting and support the nursery manager in delivering the early years curriculum to all of the children.
You need to be motivated have a positive attitude and be able to facilitate development through play promoting inclusion for all children within the busy nursery and hold the relevant qualification.

Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will work alongside senior practitioners in the daily operation of the nursery and must;-

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
