What is the job role?

Tiverton School is a Primary aged broad spectrum special school.

This is an exciting time for the school and any aspirational leader, to build upon the existing strengths and provide the strategic and operational leadership needed to continue on our ever improving journey.

We are seeking to appoint to the post of Deputy Head Teacher. The successful candidate will be a leader who is highly motivated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic practitioner who is keen to share in the leadership and management of the school and be committed to their own succession planning.

Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a wide range of SEND, and be responsible for strategic quality assurance of Quality of Education, Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes and Safeguarding.
