Deputy Headteacher - Little Heath Primary School

What is the job role?

Deputy Head teacher wanted for September 2024.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Head teacher to join our strong, committed staff to work with our amazing children at Little Heath Primary.

The Governors and Headteacher of this happy primary school wish to recruit an outstanding Deputy Head to further develop our hard working team.

Our children are charming, happy, vibrant and a pleasure to teach. They are at the heart of everything we do and we believe that every child should be encouraged to be the best they can be.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of leading and managing a strategic area of school development and be able to evidence outstanding teaching and pupil outcomes which are consistently good or better.

Who are we looking for?

The school is able to offer a degree of flexibility with regard to the roles, responsibilities and teaching commitments, which can all be negotiated with the successful candidate depending on their strengths and experiences. We are committed to the CPD of all of our staff and would be willing to support the successful candidate to work towards their NPQH.
