Deputy Headteacher - Little Heath Primary School

The Governors and Headteacher of this happy, thriving primary school wish to recruit an outstanding Deputy Head to further develop our hard working team.

Our children are charming, happy, vibrant and a pleasure to teach. They are at the heart of everything we do and we believe that every child should be encouraged to be the best they can be.

What is the job role?

Deputy Head teacher wanted for September 2025.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Head teacher to join our strong, committed staff to work with our amazing children at Little Heath Primary

 

 

 

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have recent experience of leading and managing a strategic area of school development and be able to evidence outstanding teaching and pupil outcomes which are consistently good or better.

The school is looking for a dynamic leader who will continue to develop our school curriculum and strive to develop our staff to be the best they can be. We able to offer a degree of flexibility with regard to the roles, responsibilities and teaching commitments. We are committed to the CPD of all of our staff and would be willing to support the successful candidate to work towards their NPQH.
