West Coventry Academy are looking to appoint a committed, motivated and enthusiastic Data & Exams Manager.  To lead on the planning, development and delivery of student data, tracking and reporting.  To work closely with the Deputy/Assistant Headteacher in the strategic management of data and exams needs, supporting all staff in meeting their data and exam requirements.  Ensure the smooth running of all examinations within exam board guidelines for the academy.  The ability to manage a small team of Invigilators and Curriculum Support Officers.

Criteria for Appointment:

Educated to at least A level standard, with GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C or above.

Knowledge and understanding of the data requirements within schools.

A knowledge of external examination process & procedures would be an advantage.

Candidates may be interviewed prior to the closing date.

Salary: Grade 6 – £25,801 to £32,029 per annum FTE (£23,433 to £29,253 pro rata salary)

Hours: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday – 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm (including ½ hour unpaid lunch break).  Term time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 additional weeks (to be negotiated)
