Data Officer - President Kennedy School

We are seeking to appoint a Data Officer to work with the Assistant Head Teacher responsible for SIMS and other colleagues across President Kennedy School to ensure that students make outstanding progress by removing barriers to learning

You will be committed to building brighter futures and Educated to Level 4 or equivalent or similar experience. You will have a minimum of 18 months experience of successfully implementing administrative / data systems to meet a school’s needs, which are in line with data protection regulations.

You will have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection issues in a school environment. You will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be highly organised, able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure dealing with situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring consistently high quality work is produced within strict deadlines.

You will have good problem solving skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel alongside the ability to methodically and accurately record, interpret, analyse and present written and numerical data in formats including spreadsheets and written reports.
