What is the job role?

We currently have two fixed term (13 months) 900 annualised hours vacancies and four casual vacancies in our well-established Cycle Instructor Training Team and would like to hear from you!

You will be part of the Bikeability cycle training team delivering training to primary school pupils throughout Coventry.

Bikeability cycle training equips children with vital life skills. Pupils not only learn to cycle, but they also gain independence, social skills, and a sense of well-being.

Hours of work will typically tie in with the school term and the school day (e.g. 8.30 am to 4 pm).

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Who are we looking for?

Are you a confident cyclist, have a passion for cycling and enjoy working with children? If so you could be the perfect addition to our team of Cycling Instructors in our Bikeability Team.

You will hold a Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training or be willing to undertake and complete the required training to bring you up to the correct standards.
