Cover Manager and SEN Admin - The Westwood Academy

What is the job role?

Cover Manager & SEN Admin– full time

37 hours per week, term time + 1 week - Fixed term contract until July 2023.

Grade 4  – (£21,189 - £22,369) per annum PRO RATA. Actual Salary range £16,642.62 - £17,662.05 for 37 hours per week 7.30am – 3.30pm.

We are looking to appoint a cover manager, SEN admin and receptionist for one day per week to join our team of dedicated support staff.  This is a varied role requiring organisation of cover for the day each morning (possible remote start), booking agency staff and dealing with any issues relating to cover throughout the day.  The rest of your day will be SEN admin supporting our teaching staff and pupils.  You will work from reception on a Friday as part of our small team in the main reception office.

We are looking for someone with skills gained in an educational environment or similar customer focussed organisation. You will work alongside a strong team of both support and teaching staff.
