Counselling Team Manager - Coventry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre
What is the job role?
CRASAC is an award-winning charity providing specialist counselling, advocacy and support services to survivors of sexual violence and abuse in the Coventry area.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counselling Team Manager to help develop our counselling service. The team provide a range of services for victims and survivors of sexual violence along with their supporters and families from the age of five and up.
Working in collaboration with an existing Counselling Team Manager and under the direction of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the role will help deliver efficient and high-quality services to our clients through:
- Ensuring best practice standards are met and performance is regularly monitored and evidenced to stakeholders and funders.
- Operational management of the counselling services including support, development and management supervision to the counselling team.
- Reviewing and developing services, including the management of online counselling.
We are looking for someone with a minimum Diploma Level 4 in Counselling/Psychotherapy (or nationally recognised equivalent) with extensive experience providing trauma focused counselling/ therapeutic practices to a wide age group – adults, children and young people.
Salary range £32,324-35,754 (dependent on experience). Full-time post.
