What is the job role?
Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of
the school. Although we are a large primary school in Coventry, we pride
ourselves on knowing each child and family individually allowing our children
to achieve their maximum potential. We have our ‘Seven Steps to Success’
embedded within our culture which we believe enable our children to be
happy, engaged and positive about their futures, striving to be the very best
they can be.
The governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a permanent role as Cleaner to commence in September. We have a successful and established caretaking team to ensure high standards for all of the school's stakeholders. We are passionate about providing a positive learning environment for all of our pupils.
You will need to;-
- Be able to work closely with our caretaking and cleaning team to ensure that our High standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Be able to work both as a team but also independently.
- Be able to maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Be able to ensure that health and safety criteria is followed.
Who are we looking for?
- Be able to work professionally with all pupils and staff members to ensure a smooth and positive environment.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all of the stakeholders of the school.
- Be able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Have an understanding of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Must have experience of working within the industry
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking
- Be motivated and committed to supporting young people in their school environment
