What is the job role?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager to lead and manage our school catering facility.

The successful individual will have:

The ability to cook, prepare and present high quality meals for our pupils.
Recent experience of managing a school catering facility.
Relevant catering qualifications eg: NVQ/City and Guilds 7061/706/2.
Knowledge in food hygiene and health and safety.
The ability to train and manage staff effectively.
Experience of stock control and working within specified budgets.
