What is the job role?
You will work alongside another Assistant Manager to support the Unit Manager in the day-to-day management of Eric Williams House. You will be responsible for the line management of the team and ensure decisions around service delivery provide the best possible outcomes for residents.
This is an excellent opportunity to be working within a highly respected service embracing the ‘Dementia Care Matters’. As well as providing long-term beds, we are also really focused on helping and enabling people to go home at the end of their re-enablement period and we’re seeking someone who is passionate about promoting the health and well-being of all residents and keeping abreast of the latest research in dementia care.
This role is 30 hours per week.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
