A great opportunity has arisen within Inspire Education Trust - The Trust is looking to recruit a full time apprentice Finance Administrator to join a relatively newly formed Central Finance Function. The finance administration team is part of a larger team that undertakes the finance function for the academies within the trust.
The successful candidate will work at Hearsall Community Academy CV5 6LR under the direction of the Finance Officer - Compliance and Financial Administration and will work within the Finance Administrators. The appointment is a Trust appointment and you may be expected to work at any other Academy within the Trust.
You should be highly organised, able to prioritise, have good communication & ICT skills and a background of financial administration is desirable but not essential as training will be given on the job and though your apprenticeship training.
The main aspect of this role will be undertaking accounts payable work such as raising & inputting orders & payment of invoices and accounts receivable. The post holder will be first point of contact for visitors, staff, and for answering telephone queries. Ideally you will already have some experience working and dealing with people however more importantly will be your enthusiasm and commitment to the role and your professional development.

We will support you and pay for your apprenticeship fees though LMP Education – training provider to achieve Assistant Accounting Level 3. See attached details on the course.
