Terms and Conditions: Fixed Term for One Year, 37 hours per week, All Year Round
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm. Friday – 8.00am – 3.30pm
Salary: £210 per week

About the role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Administrative Officer with excellent customer service and organisational skills to join the school’s team of office support staff.
Under the direction of the Office Manager and working as part of the administration team, to act as the first point of contact on reception by responding to telephone and email enquiries, welcoming visitors, assisting pupils, parents and external agencies and to support all administrative duties including writing letters, emails and supporting school events.
The ideal applicant will have strong attention to accuracy and detail, be a good team player with a confident and flexible approach to work and learning.
The Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship is a recognised qualification offering full support from an apprenticeship provider working in partnership with Blue Coat Church of England School.
