We want the very best for Coventry’s children and we want you to help make it happen.

We have a commitment to doing things differently, our services are structured to make sure that children are at the heart of every decision we make.

We know where we’re going, where we’ve come from and how every single Social Worker has the tools and support to put children first. We've worked hard to build a stronger professional support network - and, with a new management structure and inspirational leadership, we’re working to make it even stronger with our strategic plan ‘Getting to Good’.

But why come to Coventry? Coventry is a vibrant, multicultural city with a fascinating and inspiring story to tell and an arts and cultural scene that deserves its place in the national spotlight. Being named as UK City of Culture 2021 has given the city a buzz and we know our children are going to play a huge part.

We are so proud of our city and the people who live, work and study here and we want to build something lasting for our children and grandchildren to enjoy.
