Administration Assistant - Stoke Primary School

What is the job role?

37 hours per week (Open to Flexible Working Hour Requests)

39 weeks - Term Time + 5 Training Days

Stoke Primary is a popular, diverse school with delightful pupils and committed staff who wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Administration Assistant who is committed to raising standards. This role is based in the main school office with a team of administrators.

We are looking for an administrator who:

• Has experience of using Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

• Relevant experience that involves working in an office environment, undertaking such tasks as reception duties, record keeping and use of the telephone

• Experience of working in an environment with children

• Preferably has experience working in the education setting, with a basic understanding of pupil databases such as SIMS, School Comms or Bromcom.
