What is the job role?
Permanent - Required January 2021
37 hours per week, term time only (plus 5 staff training days and 5 extra days to be worked across the year as arranged)
Courthouse Green Primary School is a large, modern, forward looking school, serving a diverse catchment area in the north east of the city. We wish to appoint an excellent Administration Assistant to join Triumph Trust in January 2021. Responsibilities include GDPR management within school and the administration of SEND documentation. We are also keen to further develop our online systems to ensure our administration is as efficient as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person, who is willing to contribute to a happy, friendly and vibrant Trust and who will show a determination to raise standards of practice in all relevant areas and to demonstrate our core values at all times.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a minimum of 12 months experience in an office environment.
• Has a good working knowledge and experience of the SIMS system (training can be provided for the right applicant)
• Has a good knowledge of GDPR and procedures
• Is able to use Microsoft Forms and online systems
• Is able to take/produce minutes for meetings.
• Has the ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, welcoming and polite
• Has all round proven clerical experience
• Has good communication skills
• Has a good working knowledge of various management systems i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
• Is able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels
• Is prepared to undertake training required
• Is prepared to undertake first aid training
Desirable:
• Knowledge of working within a school.
