What is the job role?

Whoberley Hall is a small family school at the heart of its community. We are looking for a friendly, efficient and capable Admin Assistant. Who:

Understands the need of a small, busy school
Can follow instructions but also work independently
Is able to learn skills quickly

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

Able to greet visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Confident and articulate telephone manor
Able to meet tight deadlines
Able to learn new skills quickly
Able to work independently and also follow instruction
It would be advantageous to have some experience of using school MIS systems – though training will be provided
