What is the job role?

32.5 hrs per week
39 weeks TTO
Grade 3 £19,264 - £20,444 (Pro Rata)
Fixed Term (January 2023 to July 2023)

Coundon Primary School is looking to appoint a Key Worker from January 2023 to support children in Reception with additional needs for 2 terms.

We are looking for someone who:

Has knowledge of ADHD, autism and attachment needs
Can deliver specific interventions in small groups out of class.
Can effectively work alongside an identified pupil within the classroom, building a supportive, positive relationship.
Can be responsible and work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
Understands the importance of Safeguarding and Health and Safety
