1-2-1 EYFS Key Worker - Coundon Primary School

What is the job role?

32.5 hrs per week
39 weeks TTO
Grade 3 £19,264 - £20,444 (Pro Rata)
Fixed Term (January 2023 to July 2023)

Coundon Primary School is looking to appoint a Key Worker from January 2023 to support children in Reception with additional needs for 2 terms.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has knowledge of ADHD, autism and attachment needs
  • Can deliver specific interventions in small groups out of class.
  • Can effectively work alongside an identified pupil within the classroom, building a supportive, positive relationship.
  • Can be responsible and work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Understands the importance of Safeguarding and Health and Safety

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
