What is the job role?

The Governors of Baginton Fields School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant who is passionate about providing high quality education and care at this broad spectrum special school for secondary aged students.

Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate commitment towards the school ethos & vision “Dedicated to delivering inspirational learning experiences” and will enjoy working as part of a team.

Salary: £19 698 per annum, pro rata to term time only - grade 4 point 6

Hours: 32.5 hours per week. Actual Salary: £14,946 per annum.
