What is the job role?

Tiverton School is a primary special school on the same site as Whitley Abbey Primary School, with whom we are developing some exciting partnerships. We cater for children with a very broad range of cognitive and complex learning difficulties. Some children have physical disabilities and require help with their personal care. We are looking to recruit Supervisory Assistants to work 10 hours a week, Monday to Friday 11.45am to 1.45pm.

The role involves supervising at mealtimes and playtimes. This may involve feeding and engaging children in outdoor play.

Applicants will have enthusiasm and a positive approach to working with children as a member of a friendly and supportive staff team. Training will be provided.
