What is the job role?

Salary: £20,043

Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks all year round

Fixed Term 2 years

The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective Site Services Officer at St James Church of England Academy.

Are you:

Able to take initiative and be proactive.

Able to operate cleaning equipment, machinery and tools and undertake basic maintenance tasks

Highly motivated with a can do attitude.

Do You:

Have an understanding of H&S at work and COSHH guidelines

Have maintenance skills e.g. plumbing, electrical, glazing, woodwork, to make safe

Have the ability to operate cleaning equipment, machinery and tools and undertake basic maintenance tasks
