What is the job role?
37 hours per week – 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on 3.30pm on a Friday.
Term time only plus 15 days
Grade 5 -£ 22,247 - £27,383 per annum actual salary range depending on experience

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, confident and professional Office Supervisor to lead and manage the school reception/ administration team, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered at all times. The successful candidate will ensure the reception and administration service provided is exceptional. Other responsibilities within the role include:
- general administration and typing
- setting up for school events both internal and external
- administering the school buses
- overseeing school trips
- responsible for checking all information being sent out
- prioritising workloads of staff within the department as appropriate, to meet the needs of the school
- performance management of reception/ administration staff.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a good education
- experience of working within an reception/ administrative/background
- demonstrable experience of maintaining, developing and improving administration systems
- good understanding of management information systems
- excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally
- attention to detail
- high standards.
You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and will be confident in dealing with a range of people including parents, students, teachers, senior leadership and outside agencies. The ability to take the initiative, remain calm and focused whilst working under pressure is essential.
