What is the job role?
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Support, motivate, and guide pupils to overcome barriers to learning and help them achieve their full potential
Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive environment where every child feels they belong
Deliver targeted interventions to enable all pupils to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
Part-Time Role (20 hours, 11.30 am - 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, term time only)
Fixed-term contract until 17th July 2026

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a school setting, working with children in Early Years children
- Is patient, calm, caring, and able to build trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Has good communication skills and the ability to follow and adapt plans and strategies in collaboration with the Dynamos Manager.
- Is reliable, proactive, flexible, and committed to inclusion.
- Holds, ideally, relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Early Years, or equivalent) or GCSEs or equivalents in English & Maths (or willing to work towards them, if required).
- Be a Team player and have high aspirations for children and yourself.
