We wish to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 1, to support the schools drive to improve outcomes. The successful candidate will be able to lead whole class lessons, lead intervention groups and support children to make good progress.
The right applicant will:
• Have the skills to provide and support stimulating and inspirational learning opportunities
• Be keen to develop their practice and be a high quality practitioner
• Be passionate about helping children in achieving their full potential
• Be able to develop positive and effective relationships with children, colleagues and parents
• Be able to lead classes in the short term absence of the teacher

Work pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks (38 weeks plus 5 teacher training days)
