Headteacher - Aldermoor Farm Primary School

Leadership Scale 21-27, starting scale negotiable dependent on experience

If you have the ability to inspire pupils to achieve and you are interested in joining a highly committed team, then the Governors at Aldermoor Farm Primary School would like to hear from you.

Aldermoor Farm Primary School is a 3 form entry school. We are situated in Stoke Aldermoor Coventry and progress at the school is broadly in line with national guidelines.

In September 2019 Ofsted stated that ‘Pupils are very happy in this school.’ Children like and trust our staff to encourage them to believe in themselves.

The successful applicant will build on our school’s successes and achievements, maintain our progress, and work effectively with staff, governors, children and parents to drive the school forward and into the future. You will be highly motivated with determination to raise standards within the classroom and be ambitious, and possess drive and a positive attitude to raise attainment.

We are looking for a Headteacher who leads by example and has high expectations for all member of the school community.

To start in September 2022.
