What is the job role?

Finance and Administration Officer

Grade 4 (approx. £16,131 - £18,741 per annum)

Temporary contract to end of January 2022. 37 hours per week

Term Time Only plus any teacher training days

Required As Soon As Possible - Temporary Contract until end of January 2022 (possibility of contract extension after this period depending on the school’s needs)

We are looking to appoint a highly organised individual to join our friendly and hardworking office administration team. 

Ideally you will possess previous experience in a school or financial administration environment. You’ll be IT literate, familiar with SIMS and FMS packages and used to maintaining computerised systems.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a variety of financial and administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the busy school office.

You will be highly motivated, able to prioritise your own workload and perform your financial and administrative duties with accuracy and care.

The role is full time and term time only with working hours of 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
