What is the job role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful school administration team at Holbrook Primary.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic technology minded person to come and join our friendly school office.

To act as front of house using excellent communication skills to receive and assist pupils, parents and visitors on a daily basis. The candidate should be ambitious, willing to take on new challenges and support the smooth running of the school office by being professional at all times.

We are looking for someone who has proven skills in a school office administration environment or similar. The candidate should be familiar with the school sims system or similar management information system, be able to run reports and monitor the database efficiently. You will be expected to work on your own imitative, plan and organise your workload, manage interruptions and changing priorities while also working as part of a team.

For the successful candidate we offer opportunities for training, including NVQ Business Administration appropriate to your level.

Hours of work: 8.30-4.30 term time only with addition of five teacher training days.

Start date: 01.09.2022
