Administration Assistant
What is the job role?
Due to continued growth, the Positive Youth Foundation are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity working for a vibrant youth organisation in a busy office environment. The post holder will undertake a variety of clerical/administrative based work in and out of sessions to support the Involved/Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) strand. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required and administrative experience is essential.
Key responsibilities will include data input and collection, being a point of contact to a wide range of partner agencies and young people dealing sensitively and discreetly with any queries they may have, and to maintain and establish sound administrative control systems that will ensure the effective management of the AMIF programme.
2 year fixed term contract to 31st December 2022
20 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 12pm to 6pm
Closing Date 4th December 2020
Interviews week commencing 14th December 2020
Expected start date week commencing 11th January 2021
